COVID19 Screening Policy

As a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Gopak-Amik Trekking has the following policy. This policy is based on the health and safety of our team members, guides, porters, staff and people and places we travel and trek through and to.

All team hiking or trekking members must be symptomatic free of any of the following COVID-19 symptoms; a fever within the past 14-21 days, shortness of breath or other difficulties breathing, a persistent cough, flu-like symptoms such as gastrointestinal upset, headache, or fatigue, loss of taste or smell. In addition, they must not have been in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 positive patients.

If Gopal-Amik is forced to cancel your trek or hike due to circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic prior to the trek/hike start date, we will notify you immediately and refund any of the trip fees paid by you, minus any nonrefundable, prepaid expenses paid by Gopal-Amik Trekking for the trip.
